I discovered Lake County by chance, passing through on one of the hardest drives of my life. Something stopped me in my tracks. The lakes. The hills. The people. The feeling that this place was different. I held onto that feeling for eight years. In February 2025, I came home. Now I will give everything for it and every person in it.

This county gave me something I will never forget — peace, community, and a sense of belonging I had been carrying in my heart for eight years before I could call it home. Now that I am here I see what is at stake. The roads that cannot keep pace with growth. The long-time families wondering if their county still has room for them. The seniors who deserve care close to home. The small business owners squeezed by development that does not think about them. I am running because Lake County gave me everything — and I intend to give everything back. For all of it. For all of you.
